It's natural for her to puff up her tail, growl and hiss. It's all a part of the making friends routine. All cats go threw this when a new comer is brought into the house. But, they have to be around each other so that they can make friends. Give it a few more days and I'm sure soon they will all get along eventually. Your cat needs to be out around the other 2 cats. If one cat has been there before the others then it's there place. It'll think Its a threat to him/ her. Same thing if kittens all grew up in one house, They will get along with eachother, but will be insulted and threatend that the new cat is going to take there place. No joke. Just let them adjust to it themselves. And makesure they don't fight, cause it gets pretty viciuos, and can lose chunks of fur and skin.
